Slow down and get hands-on with the art of kokedama, a traditional Japanese method of growing plants in a moss-wrapped soil sphere. In this adults-only workshop, guests will create their own kokedama step by step while exploring the science behind plant care — from soil composition and moisture retention to selecting the right plants for this unique growing method. Each participant will leave with a finished piece and simple tips to keep it thriving at home. 🍷 Enjoy wine, iced tea, and charcuterie from Vinovium (Johnson City), with additional wine available for purchase.
