FREDERICKSBURG, Texas (October 1, 2026) – The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, will host another Small Business B(AI)sics training on Monday, November 9, offering local businesses and entrepreneurs a free, hands-on opportunity to learn how artificial intelligence can be used in their day-to-day operations.

The training is part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s national Small Business B(AI)sics initiative, supported by Google, which provides small businesses with practical AI skills and resources.

The November 9 training is open to everyone and completely free to attend. Whether you are already experimenting with AI or are just beginning to explore how it could benefit your business, attendees will have the opportunity to learn, ask questions and work through real-world applications together.

This is an interactive training, and attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops and be prepared to participate. Rather than simply listening to a presentation, participants will have opportunities to brainstorm with one another, share ideas and explore how AI tools could be used to solve challenges and improve efficiency in their own businesses. Coffee and breakfast will be provided, with time built in for attendees to connect and share ideas.

Topics will include:

• AI basics and best practices: Learn how to use AI responsibly, including considerations for data protection and ethical use.
• Save time and improve efficiency: Explore ways AI can help streamline everyday business tasks.
• Put AI to work: Identify practical ways to incorporate AI tools into your existing business processes.
• Brainstorm with other business owners: Share ideas, challenges and potential applications with fellow attendees.
• Take action: Leave with practical ideas you can begin implementing in your business right away.

The next Small Business B(AI)sics training will be held Monday, November 9, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Halle located at 212 West San Antonio Street in Fredericksburg. The training is free and open to anyone, but registration is required.
